Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within a maximum of 2 business days. Excluding holidays. 

Packages are shipped out Monday through Friday. For orders to be shipped out the same day of purchase, orders must be submitted by 2:00PM EST. 

If TopTecSales, LLC is experiencing a high volume of orders, an email notification with specific details about how it will impact standard turn-around time will be sent out to all subscribers and account holders. Additionally, a message will be added to the website.

Shipping Rates + Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you believe there is an error in your shipping estimate please contact us at (717)480-3560 or toptecsales100@gmail.com before placing your order.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

TopTecSales, LLC ships to physical mail boxes, residential addresses, commercial addresses, and P.O. box addresses. If there are issues with your shipping address you will be notified and a resolution will be provided in the customers (you) best interest. 

Shipment Confirmation + Order Tracking 

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is processed (within 2 business days, excluding holidays), you will receive another notification with your tracking number. You can track the status and location of your package within the TopTecSales website.

Delivery Signature Confirmation 

TopTecSales, LLC offers a signature confirmation option at checkout to ensure your package is delivered securely. TopTecSales, LLC may require signature confirmation or adult signature confirmation even if the customer (you) does not select to have a signature confirmation upon checkout. TopTecSales, LLC tends to do so on larger orders to ensure delivery. If an item with signature confirmation ( chosen by customer or TopTecSales LLC ) is marked as delivered and signed for via the shipping service used for the order ( ex. UPS, USPS, FEDEX ) your order will not qualify for a refund or replacement for the reasoning of ‘’Item Not Delivered’’ or ‘’Item Not Received” or reasoning of a similar manner. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TopTecSales, LLC collects sales tax on current items sold. Tax will be collected according to your state, country, or region. If tax laws change, TopTecSales, LLC will update this Shipping Policy and send an email notification to all subscribers and account holders. Customs taxes and duties will be automatically applied in the price of the shipment fee when purchasing from a country outside of the United States. The customer (you) do not have to pay additional taxes or fees aside from the shipment charge when you place your order from TopTecSales.

Damages

TopTecSales, LLC is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to assist you with resolving the issue. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim with TopTecSales. If the shipping box is damaged, please take a picture(s) of the box BEFORE opening it. Images of the item(s) and packaging may be requested to apply for a refund.
